Yushan Rolling Crispy Cake

Yushan rolled crisp cakes originated from "Yan Fuchunzhai" during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty, with its secret recipe passed down for over two hundred years. Its craftsmanship is unique, and the ingredients are carefully selected. The finished product combines fragrance, crispness, sweetness, and crunchiness, leaving a lingering aroma of osmanthus in the mouth after consumption. It is refreshing and not greasy, and is widely favored. A famous person once praised after tasting it, saying, "After tasting all the delicacies of the south of the Yangtze River, I realized that Yushan has its own rolled crisp cakes."
In 1990, it was awarded the title of "High-Quality Gansu" at the International Food Exhibition held by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce and was included in the "Pengshui Collection of High-Quality Agricultural and Sideline Products". Today, Yushan Gansu Cake not only dominates specialty supermarkets in the southeastern regions of Chongqing, such as Youyang, Xiushan, Guizhou, Shizhang, and Pengshui, but also sells far away to Beijing, Wuhan, Shanghai, Fujian, and Guangdong. With its pure and exquisite flavor, it has become a traveling business card for Yushan.
