Niujiaozhai, located in the Ayi River Scenic Area, is a Miao family village surrounded by three sides of clear water and one side of green mountains. Its name comes from the naturally carved cow horn pattern on the rock wall. The winding corridors within the village lead to secluded paths, built in the style of typical Miao residential houses.
